The health and safety of our team and our guests is our top priority, period. Given the escalating nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and our responsibility to the community to help curb the spread of this virus, we are closing our tasting rooms starting Wednesday, March 18th, and are postponing all scheduled events through April. This includes the March White & Rosé Release Party, our April Release Parties, and our annual Spring Concert. It is an incredibly difficult decision, but we believe this move to be in the best interest of our staff, guests, members, and community at large.
Below are answers to some questions that might be on your mind:
Q: I've already purchased tickets to an event, what should I do?
A: Because we still plan to hold these events at a later date, your ticket purchase will be valid for the new date, once established. However, if you prefer a refund, we can facilitate that for you as well. Please call us at 830.998.7654 or email email@example.com if you choose to go that route.
Q: How do I get my March White & Rosé and/or my April Release packages if there's no pick-up party?
A: We will be offering free curbside pick-up starting next week for the March W&R Release, and starting April 7th for the April Release. Alternatively, you may change your pick-up status to shipping, if you'd like. Adjust in your member profile, or, call 830.998.7654 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get assistance with this change.
Q: When will the tasting room reopen?
A: We don't have a firm answer to this at the moment. We hope to reopen in early April, and we will communicate to you all as soon as a decision is made - trust us, no one's more eager to get the doors back open than us!
Q: When will curbside pick-up be happening?
A: We will start offering curbside pick-up next week between noon and 5pm, daily. You can place a pick-up web order by selecting pick-up at checkout, or place an order in real time with our tasting room team who will be running the curbside pick-up program in the weeks to come.
