We are very excited about our new Hye Supper Club dinners! These dinners are all very intimate dinners prepared specially by Chef Chozet. Each dinner only has 10 seats available, so you are guaranteed a personal William Chris experience.
Thew super cool thing about these dinners is that they are all themed! And no i don't mean like the college parties we all went to, I mean the food is themed! Each meal will be unique in the style and food prepared, so no matter how many dinners you attend, you will always be in for something new and fun.
We are all super excited to see what new things Chef will come up with forthese amazing dinners. The themes he has so far are French, Seafood, Spanish to name a few. There are also dinners themed around certain William Chris wines such as the Hotspur and Tatum Rosé.
We are really looking forward to watching these dinners progress and expand. We hope to share a special piece of our world with you, while enjoying some of the best food and wine pairings in Texas!
